Some frequently asked questions below. If you’re still unsure then simply give us a call or email us with your query.

  • What are check in and check out times?

    You’re welcome to check in from 3 pm – if you arrive earlier and need us to store some luggage we’re happy to oblige. Alternatively, an early check-in can be booked for a small supplement (subject to availability). Check out is normally 11 am but you can request a later check out for a small supplement.

  • Is the hotel dog-friendly?

    We have 3 dog-friendly rooms and provide a cosy bed for your four legged friend to sleep on. Whilst we do not permit dogs into our restaurant they are very welcome in our lobby and bar and lounge area as well as our outdoor dining area. We also have a pooch friendly lawn at the front of the hotel where you can take your dog too!

  • Is there a car park?

    Yes and this is complimentary.

  • Do you have electric vehicle chargers?

    Yes, we have a number of E. On electric vehicle chargers in our car park. To operate the Electric Charging point please download the E. On Charge App and follow the instructions. Alternatively use the Pay as you Go shown on the charge point. For the courtesy of other guests please remove your car from the bay once fully charged.

  • What family facilities are there?

    We have family rooms that can take up to 2 adults and 2 children, plus interconnecting rooms. We also have some larger family rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children. We offer high chairs, children’s menus and cots/ extra beds too.

    Guests have complimentary use of our Spa facilities and we have designated children’s swimming times:

    Monday to Sunday 
    8am - 10am
    3pm - 6pm

  • Do you cater for special diets?

    Yes – we have a team of talented in house chefs and if you let us know – ideally in advance for more unusual requests – we’ll do all we can to ensure you can enjoy a great meal with us.
